What does it involve?
I carry out checks and monitoring of chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes or other conditions that require regular check-ups. It also applies to patients ostomies, as well as those requiring urinary catheterisation or nasogastric tube management.

What's included?
Monitoring of parameters such as blood pressure and blood glucose, review of the results obtained, identification of potential changes and recommendations to promote good control.

Material

The price includes the basic material needed to carry out the assessment and care during the visit. The specific material for each treatment, device or ostomy must be provided by the patient, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Duration
The visit usually lasts approximately 30–45 minutes.

Follow-up
I can set up regular monitoring to track how the parameters change and detect any shifts that might require medical assessment.

When to see a doctor?
If you present severely altered values accompanied by symptoms, a sudden deterioration or any warning signs, a medical evaluation will be necessary. In case of emergency, call 112.
